Terms of Service (Español)
The core rules for using Hoorly, including eligibility, user content, moderation, subscriptions, and account termination.1. Eligibility and adult-only access
Hoorly is intended only for adults who are at least 18 years old and legally allowed to use a dating and social discovery service in their location.
By creating an account or using Hoorly, you confirm that your date of birth is accurate and that you will not allow another person to use your account.
If we reasonably suspect that a user is under 18 or has provided a false age, we may restrict the account while we review the issue. Where age verification is needed, Hoorly should collect the minimum evidence necessary and avoid retaining full identity documents unless legally required.
2. Accounts and profile accuracy
Your profile information, photos, and account details must be accurate, current, and yours to use. Impersonation, stolen photos, fake identities, scams, and misleading account behavior are not allowed.
You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for telling us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
You may not sell, rent, transfer, share, or commercially exploit your account. Hoorly may limit or close accounts that appear automated, abusive, deceptive, or created to evade prior enforcement.
3. User content and limited license
You keep ownership of the photos, profile text, messages, and other content you submit to Hoorly.
You grant Hoorly a limited license to host, store, display, transmit, moderate, and technically process your content only as needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.
When you delete content, this license ends except for reasonable technical backups, safety records, moderation evidence, legal holds, and situations where another user has already received or reported the content.
4. Prohibited conduct
You may not use Hoorly for harassment, hate, threats, scams, spam, illegal activity, commercial solicitation, non-consensual intimate media, child sexual abuse material, or any attempt to sexualize minors.
You may not upload content that violates our Community Guidelines or Photo Upload Rules.
You may not scrape Hoorly, reverse engineer private APIs, bypass security controls, use bots, harvest profile data, or use Hoorly to build competing datasets or surveillance tools.
5. Reporting, blocking, and moderation
Hoorly may review reports, remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate accounts when we believe these Terms, our policies, or the law have been violated.
Where appropriate, users may receive a reason for enforcement action and a way to appeal through our support or reporting channels.
Serious safety issues, underage concerns, threats, fraud, non-consensual intimate media, or illegal content may lead to immediate action without advance notice.
6. Subscriptions and purchases
Premium features, trials, renewal terms, and prices will be shown before purchase. iOS purchases are handled by the App Store, Android purchases by Google Play, and web purchases by the applicable web payment provider.
Cancellations and refunds may depend on the purchase channel and the rules of the relevant store or payment provider.
Deleting the app or deleting your account may not automatically cancel an active store subscription. Users should cancel through the original purchase channel unless Hoorly provides a specific web cancellation flow.
7. Disclaimers and responsibility
Hoorly cannot guarantee the identity, intentions, availability, conduct, or compatibility of other users. Dating and social interaction involve personal judgment and risk.
The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis, subject to mandatory consumer rights and applicable law. Hoorly does not exclude liability where the law does not allow exclusion, including intentional misconduct, gross negligence, bodily injury, or mandatory consumer protections.
8. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms when the service, law, or safety practices change. Material changes should be communicated in a reasonable way and may require renewed acceptance.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to hello@hoorly.com.
9. Important legal note
These Terms are a product-ready draft and should be reviewed by qualified counsel before launch, especially for Germany, the EU, the UK, Turkey, and any other target market.
