Be real

Use your own photos and truthful profile information. Do not impersonate another person, create fake identities, or mislead people about who you are.

Respect consent

Do not pressure people for photos, sex, money, meetups, personal details, or off-platform contact. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.

Do not share private photos, screenshots, chats, names, locations, or identifying details without permission.

Be respectful

Harassment, threats, hate speech, bullying, doxxing, outing, blackmail, and non-consensual sharing of private content are not allowed.

Adult-only safety

Hoorly is for adults only. Content involving minors, sexualized minors, child sexual abuse material, or attempts to contact minors through Hoorly are strictly prohibited and may be reported to appropriate authorities.

Keep public spaces app-store safe

Public profile areas should stay non-explicit. Sexual content, explicit nudity, and pornography do not belong in public profile photos or public-facing profile text.

Private sharing still has limits: no non-consensual content, no minors, no threats, no exploitation, and no illegal content.

No scams or harmful activity

Spam, fake investment offers, crypto scams, phishing links, commercial solicitation, illegal drug sales, and paid sexual service promotion are not allowed.

Enforcement

Policy violations may lead to a warning, content removal, feature limits, temporary suspension, permanent account closure, or reporting to appropriate authorities where legally required.

Hoorly should provide an appeal path for eligible decisions while prioritizing immediate safety risks.
