Purchase channels

iOS subscriptions should be handled through the App Store and Android subscriptions through Google Play Billing. Web purchases may use a separate web checkout if Hoorly offers one.

The purchase screen should clearly show price, billing period, trial terms, renewal date, cancellation method, and what features are included.

Cancellation and refunds

Store purchases are generally managed through the relevant store account. Web purchases should have their own cancellation and refund path.

Users should be able to restore purchases where store rules require it.
